Returns

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging and accessories.
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
